Leu House Meuseum

1920 N. Forest Ave

Orlando, Fl

From 1961, when the city was given the property by the Leus, until 1978, when the Orange County Historical Society took over the house on a five-year lease to develop it as a historical residence, the building was used by the city for garden-related meetings, classes and storage, said Jean Yothers, curator of the Orange County Historical Museum. The Leu House and its botanical gardens now are owned and operated by the city.
