Structural Moisture Inspections

Using the HYDRADRY inspection services with our state of the art thermal imaging camera’s equipment, locating moisture non-destructively has never been easier, faster or more efficient. When the HYDRADRY inspector starts scanning with our ThermalScan IRC-2000™ we are able to immediately start scanning all surfaces including interior and exterior surface paints, stucco and finishes, window, roofing and much more. The thermal temperature differences created by the pressure of moisture will appear differently than that of the surrounding surfaces.
